I recently stayed at this hotel and I was impressed with the location. It is situated in a lovely suburb of Sydney, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The in-room safe provided an added sense of security, and I appreciated having a dining table to enjoy meals. The patio was a nice touch, allowing me to relax and take in the views. The free toiletries and washing machine in the room were convenient features. this place offered a great range of amenities to enhance my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel for families. The spacious layout of the apartment provided plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space.

Our balcony backed up to the Lane Cove National Forest that runs through city. Beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. Bus stops right in front of the hotel, so you don't have to rent a car.

It did not offer internet connectivity.

Hotel suited family perfectly. I went to an a sauna, that was great. I could easily get to Waterloo Park because it was only 1 mile away.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and it's only a 25-minute drive to the airport, I would definitely recommend this place.

Clean & serviceable. Convenient to public transport. For us the trip was about catching up with friends who live on the north side so it was good for that.

The possums in the roof did wake me up in the wee hours of the morning - but this is no-one's fault, that's nature.

Spacious open living area and large bedrooms. Plenty of room for 4 people. The location was convenient for north Sydney / north Shore as long as you have a car!

The hotel is conveniently located in a peaceful street, with easy access to a nearby shopping centre and a variety of restaurants. Spacious and comfortable rooms with a nice view, equipped with central heating system and clean towels. Staff at check-in were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired, as reported by previous guests.

The Townhouse accommodation was very roomy and comfortable. It was set in a quiet setting and backed onto a reserve. The rates were very reasonable - great value for money.

I was charged a security deposit that was not refunded for several days. I was not informed of this charge. I was also not able to take advantage of an offer to earn Frequent Flyer points.

Great location close to city, shopping center and restaurants. Clean complex. Comfy beds. Spacious and well-appointed apartment. Nice lounge area. Big bedrooms. Secure parking. Regular bus route. Lovely gardens.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The quiet location. The beds were very comfortable, and it was nice to be able to have the full kitchen for the food we wanted to prepare and eat.

My bathtub did not have a plug, so I had to take a shower. The first night we were there, my daughter in law was taking a shower and ran out of hot water. My son was shaving at the sink at the same time.

The accommodation was great for four people

Great location, accessible by public transport and close to shopping centers and restaurants. Very spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchens and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The building is quite old and shows signs of wear and tear. The paint was chipped, the carpet was stained, and there were some cobwebs.
